The survey and comparison of Rate of Employees’ Social Entrepreneurship in Public and Non-governmental Universities of Mashhad

The purpose of this research was the studying the status and comparison of staff social entrepreneurship in public and non-governmental universities of Mashhad. A research method was descriptive - survey. This research had two statistical communities that including all employed official and contract personnel in staff units in the public and non-governmental universities in Mashhad that had at least 3 years experience and 6 months work experience with their superiors in the 1389-1390 academic years. The sample of public universities was included Ferdowsi University andsample of non-governmental universities was included Khayyam and Sajjad universities that were selected were selected purposively. The numbers of cases in these Universities were 145, 25 & 19 respectively. The used instrument was questionnaire that Cronbach's alpha coefficient was for it 0.94, and factor analysis validity was confirmed. The research pointed that: 1) the rate of staff social entrepreneurship was high in two groups research Universities. 2) There was no significant difference between rates of staff social entrepreneurship of two groups of public universities and non-governmental universities. 3) There were no significant, effects of staff field on rate of their social entrepreneurship of two groups of universities. 4) But gender and age variables of staff affected on rate of their social entrepreneurship in non-governmental universities unlike Ferdowsi University.
