The results indicated that: 1) the rate of managers’ servantive leadership and staffs’ orgnizational citizenship behavior were moderate in Iranshahr medical faculty. 2) Sub-components of service, reliability and kindness have the significant positive relationship with civic virtue and courtesy; but kindness has the significant negative relationship with sportsmanship. Also, sub-component of humility has the significant positive relationship with courtesy and the significant negative relationship with conscientiousness. 3) The components of servant leadership are able to predict and explain courtesy in appropriate and civic virtue relatively in acceptable level. 4) Except for gender, significant differences were not observed between organizational citizenship behaviorin terms of age, work experience and educational level.
