Developing a Model for the Effectiveness Evaluation of the
In-service Training in khorasan Regional Electric Co

This research has been implemented in order to design, develop and propose a model for the effectiveness evaluation of the in-service training in the Khorasan Regional Electric Company. In this research that it's an "applied research" in terms of purpose and it's an "exploratory mixed method" in terms of method, after studying and reviewing on literature, first; focus groups were formed, second; interviews were conducted on them, and third; two questionnaires were performed on 237 employees and managers, how they were selected by census sampling. The questionnaires validity were conducted through citing previous performed research in relation with questionnaires, reviewing the comments of experts, consult with university professors and review the content validity of questionnaires frequently by research team. Also, the reliability of questionnaires was assessed with using from Cronbach's alpha. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0/86 was obtained for questionnaire of effective processes on in-service training effectiveness; and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0/70 was obtained for questionnaire of in-service training effectiveness indicators; therefore, these coefficients indicate these tools are reliable. The final introduced model for training evaluation of Khorasan Regional Electric Company in this survey is consist of two parts: the influencing processes on training effectiveness and the indicators of training effectiveness evaluation. So that, after the findings describing through the statistical indicators, it was determined that in view of employees and managers, influencing processes on in-service training effectiveness of Company are four following processes: Training needs assessment, educational planning, courses implementation, and evaluation. Also, this people identified 11 effectiveness assessment indicators for evaluating company in-service training in three levels; the considered indicators are: Teacher features evaluation, evaluation of content and educational methods, and Facilities and Scheduling evaluation of courses in the reaction level; evaluation of pre-test and post-test for courses in the learning level; Job skills evaluation, evaluation of order and accuracy, spirit evaluation of cooperation, job satisfaction evaluation, resolution evaluation of job problems, and evaluation of applying learned knowledge in career in the behavioral level.
